As a Product Manager, you will own and build a product vision and
roadmap for FalconX's Trading and 360 UI platforms. You will be
responsible for defining, prioritizing, and building new
capabilities to better serve clients as they interact with
FalconX's suite of lending products. You will partner with the
Engineering function to build and implement robust Trading systems
and execution and portfolio management capabilities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams - Trading,
Capital Markets, Risk Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance,
and other product teams to prioritize high impact products and
translate both internal and external customer needs into product
roadmaps. A significant part of your role will be to oversee all
UI/UX product needs and coordinate across other product managers
and the front-end engineering team to ensure a seamless user
experience. You will also be tasked with building the workflows our
diverse clients need to get their day to day job done and making
the user experience sticky with deeper operational workflows and
reports.
General Qualifications:
Compensation:
This is a full-time position with an expected annual compensation
of $151,000-$254,000. The actual compensation for a successful
candidate may vary based on factors such as skill set, relevant
experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. This
position also offers other forms of compensation and benefits
consisting of overtime compensation (when applicable), relocation
assistance (if applicable), performance-linked bonus, paid time off
(including sick time) benefits, paid Company holidays,
participation in the Company's equity and 401k retirement plan,
competitive employee health, dental, and vision benefits each
subject to the terms and conditions of the governing plan documents
and Company policies.
