Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to oversee
the repayments flow of their EWA product.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payments reconciliation and collections strategy to ensure
timely invoicing and payment
Build and maintain positive customer relationships regarding
outstanding debts and account balances
Prepare reports on accounts receivable aging and collaborate with
various departments to align repayment efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or a related field
7+ years in finance, with 2+ years in high-volume collections
management and 1+ year in a managerial role
Proficient in MS Office Suite and G-Suite, particularly Excel and
Google Sheets
Experience with credit risk assessment and managing customer
account balances
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under
pressure
