Job Summary: Join our team at a leading healthcare organization and provide clinical expertise, education, consultation, leadership, and research in selected clinical areas to improve patient care and staff development. Responsibilities:

• Lead educational initiatives to enhance patient care in critical care units and step-down units
• Assess patient care quality and create an environment of nursing excellence
• Coordinate and implement nursing staff orientation programs and monitor progress
• Collaborate with medical providers and unit management to plan and deliver educational curricula
• Participate in system evaluation of technology and its impact on patient care and resources Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a Registered Nurse license in the state, BSN required, MSN preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in clinical practice, nursing education, and/or nursing management in an acute care setting
  • Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and clinical competency for area of assignment
