Job Description:
A company is looking for an e-Commerce Account Manager in Client
Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across paid,
owned, and earned channels
Utilize data analytics to identify strategic opportunities and
translate insights into actionable reports
Lead client relationship management and drive service expansions to
enhance client partnerships
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related
discipline
3-5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on
cross-channel plans
Extensive experience with CRM or Marketing Operations platforms
(e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Hubspot)
Experience with business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC and MER
Proven track record of high customer satisfaction and retention
metrics
