Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to
lead and mentor software development teams in a cloud-native
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guide engineering teams in adherence to development policies and
best practices
Collaborate with product leadership to deliver customer value using
Agile methodologies
Manage technical risks and ensure security best practices in
software development
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Engineering, Business, or equivalent; master's preferred
At least 10 years of related experience, including 5 years in a
leadership role
2+ years of cloud experience, preferably in an engineering or
DevOps capacity
Proven experience in digital transformation strategy and
organizational restructuring
Experience managing a team of managers and developing business
continuity plans
