Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Director to lead client
programs from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Direct all phases of client programs, ensuring cost,
implementation, and performance align with goals
Manage a portfolio of client programs and oversee contract
compliance and risk management
Lead cross-functional teams and develop strategies to enhance
program performance and market opportunities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of project management and relevant technical or business
experience
8+ years of people management experience
Bachelor's degree required; MS or MBA preferred
Experience managing portfolios typically generating $10-20 million
in annual revenue
Proven ability to create technical content and oversee product
marketing initiatives
