Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Officer to support clients in
the mortgage origination process.
Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through loan programs, closing costs, and
processes
Collaborate with real estate professionals and manage necessary
documentation
Build and maintain relationships with bankers, realtors, and
referral partners
Required Qualifications
Active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination,
or lending
Familiarity with loan origination software and Office Suite
Experience with self-generated leads and an established network of
referral partners
Knowledge of lending regulations and underwriting guidelines
