Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Field Client Relationship Officer
to manage business client relationships and service needs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with partners to acquire, expand, and retain business
clients
Maintain and manage deposit, loan, and cash management services for
existing clients
Initiate research and generate cross-sell leads to support client
needs and bank initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3 or more years of banking or cash management experience
Demonstrated success in a customer service environment
Strong analytical and data mining skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
