Job Description:
A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized
behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs tailored to each
client
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and
other support staff
Qualifications
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA, preferably in a school
setting
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
and autism spectrum disorders
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and ethical
guidelines
Experience supervising and training RBTs is preferred
