POSITION OVERVIEWThe KKR Insurance Business's Sector Analytics team, which operates as part of the Risk team, works with different KKR portfolio management teams to provide analytical and quantitative solutions for investment and asset management. We are looking for individuals to build, enhance and support the next generation of asset modeling and analytics platforms built on AWS. This position will be located in our New York office.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with senior team members to address various requests from portfolio management teams and other internal stakeholders.
• Analyze historic asset performance data, identify key drivers and create business intelligence reports.
• Collaborate with portfolio teams to provide cash flows and analytics for various asset types.
• Contribute to the development and testing of the new asset modeling and analytics platform.
• Work with other team members to build investment-oriented applications to improve the efficiency of investment management.
• Gain exposure to different investment products and gradually focus on several areas based on the team needs and personal interests.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Mathematical Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, or similar quantitative fields of study.
  • One to two years of working experience in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Python data analysis packages (e.g., pandas, numpy, scipy).
  • Deep understanding of databases and able to handle complex queries to large data tables.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to proactively address live investment challenges.
  • Attention to detail. Willing to spend efforts to go deep, find and solve the root of the problem.
  • Experience with basic concepts of finance and bond math a plus.COMPENSATION:The base salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000 USD plus annual bonus plan.Global Atlantic's base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic's total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Compensation for our more senior positions have a larger component of short-term cash bonus and long-term incentives.#LI-KS1
