We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hospital Infusion RN Oncology Manager to join a dynamic team. Known for its dedication to excellence, patient safety, and a collaborative, patient-centered approach, the hospital provides a comprehensive range of services, including routine procedures, emergency care, and specialized treatments.As the Oncology RN Infusion Manager, you will report to the Director of Oncology Services and work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Oncology Physicians, Oncology Nurses, and support staff. You will be supported by Oncology Nurse Supervisors and a skilled Nursing staff. The Infusion Oncology Unit is a critical component of cancer care, providing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive treatments. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team in administering infusion therapies, managing side effects, and ensuring high standards of care, with a focus on patient comfort, safety, and best practices in oncology.You will oversee daily operations of the Infusion Oncology Unit, ensuring safe and efficient cancer treatment delivery. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring Nursing and clinical staff, collaborating with Oncologists on patient care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and monitoring patient outcomes. The Infusion RN Oncology Manager will also coordinate staff scheduling, stay current on Oncology advancements, and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. A Master's degree is required.
